OUR RETURN POLICY
We will accept, for exchange or return, any items that are new and unused and free of customer damage. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after the initial 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are available only if that item remains in production.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original Order # and what items you wish to return or exchange. We will review your request and afterwards will email you a return form with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and our return address. Please print out this form and include it with your returned merchandise so that we may process your return in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for shipping the items to us and for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days of receipt of your items depending on your card issuer's policies.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
